Ciabatta using Nancy Silverton’s recipe.  Too hot yet to cut. Curious about how lacey the crumb will be. I’ll post photo after it’s sliced tonight.

Two sourdough boules made with whole wheat starter (mine) and Nancy Silverton’s Whole Wheat Sourdough Recipe. Except her recipe is more unbleached non-whole wheat bread flour than whole wheat flour (proportionately). I used whole wheat pastry flour and added bran. Silverton’s recipe calls for coarsely ground whole wheat flour.
